In this workshop, you will build an envelope budget app that helps users organize their monthly income into categories such as rent, food, utilities, and entertainment. Users will enter their income and expenses, and the app will calculate how much money remains or how far over budget they are. You have been provided with the HTML boilerplate and all the CSS for the page layout. Your first task is to add a form element that will contain the inputs and controls for the budget calculator. Feel free to explore the HTML and CSS, then add a `form` element and give it an `id` set to `budget-form`.
